Christian Grads Need not be Afraid of Sharing Their Faith at Graduation

The following letter is from Jay Sekulow of the American Center for Law & Justice.

"The graduation season is upon us, and here at the ACLJ, we want to keep you informed of your students' rights to pray at high school and college graduations, as well as baccalaureate services.

The special video I've prepared for you will help you understand issues regarding student-led, student-initiated prayer or words of testimony during graduation ceremonies. There are basic constitutional freedoms that must be upheld!

We've litigated these types of cases in courts across the nation, as you know, for several years. In fact, the Supreme Court of the United States has a track record of ruling in favor of students' rights to prayer.

I also encourage you to read the ACLJ's special legal memorandum outlining all the legal issues and to use it as needed with your school officials. It addresses the application of the First Amendment to graduation ceremonies involving middle and high schools, as well as public colleges and universities.

We are working on your behalf - for your freedoms. Thank you for your support!"

A challenge to anyone...

Caldera Resigns because of $350,000+ and quite a few terrified New Yorkers.

All to get this:

Now I will issue the challenge, Not in $1,000 Photoshop, but in the standard paint program that comes with any computer, Send me pics of Air Force One flying over the Statue of Liberty.

Send them to sakingsmore@hotmail.com

And when you think about it, $350,000 isn't that much compared to the cost of a lost plane because some whacko gunrunner with a hijacked STINGER decided that NY really was under attack.

Chicken a la Carte

Before you start to pray for what you want, be sure to give thanks to God for what you have.

Chicken a la Carte
from: Ferdinand Dimadura

This film is about the hunger and poverty brought about by Globalization. There are 10,000 people dying everyday due to hunger and malnutrition. This short film shows a forgotten portion of the society. The people who live on the refuse of men to survive. What is inspiring is the hope and spirituality that never left this people.
